Items returned that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse may not qualify for a refund.

Refunds

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order information.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as RockHollow Outfitters is not responsible for lost return packages.
